Orders
An order confirmation is automatically sent to your email address.
Payment
Prices are stated in SEK incl. VAT. We reserve the right for incorrectly listed prices.
Payment methods
1. Advance Payment to our bank
Advance payment is made via bank deposit to bankgiro 5061-8123 Farmhouse-Humanex. It usually takes 1-3 days before the money appears in our account. When the money is registered in our account, we will send the goods to you within 4 working days. If no payment is made within 5 days your order will be automatically canceled. N.B: When paying by bank transfer, it is important that you enter your order number that is on your order confirmation.
2. Collection from our store
You can collect and pay for your goods with cash or card in our store at Linnégatan 8 in Stockholm. We are open weekdays 11-18 and Saturdays 11-15. If you have not collected your goods within 5 days your order is automatically canceled. Please contact the shop if you want to reserve your goods longer.
Open purchase
When buying online a 14-day return policy is applied unless otherwise stated. Please contact us via email prior to returning your item. Please provide your order number, which good it concerns, and if you want a refund or switch to another product. Goods should be returned unused and in original packaging. Goods must be returned well packaged to avoid damage. Do you regret a purchase and want to return or exchange an item, you have to pay the return postage and stand for any transportation risk. N.B: We do not accept packages that are returned in cash on delivery. After we have received and checked the item a return payment is made to your account. Returns can also be made in our shop at Linnégatan 8 in Stockholm during our regular open hours. N.B: There is no open purchase on wallpaper rolls, fabrics and other custom made goods such as hand painted gifts.
Faulty or damaged goods
Faulty or damaged goods must be immediately reported. Contact the store as soon as possible. N.B: The damaged packaging must be saved! In the event of a dispute, we follow The National Board for recommendations.
Stocked products
Delivery is normally within 7 working days unless otherwise specified. If out of stock and delivery delays, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Specially ordered items from the FARMHOUSE studio
You can order from a standard range of products that you find in our webshop. Estimated delivery time for hand-decorated gifts (e.g. christening gifts) is approximately 1-2 weeks and for hand-sown products approximately 1-4 weeks. Pre-payment is required when ordering goods from the Farmhouse studio. N.B: Open purchase or cancellation rights do not apply to these goods.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated according to weight and volume. You can see the shipping cost when you place items in your basket and on your order confirmation.
Dispatch
We send all goods by DHL to the nearest DHL service centers or directly to your door (you will receive a notice in the mail). N.B: If you discover that the package is damaged on delivery you should notify the delivery point. The damaged packaging must be saved!
Products
We reserve the right for any errors in the product information on our website and can not guarantee that the pictures accurately reflect their true appearance. We also reserve the right to make price adjustments. N.B: Wooden beds may have visible knots. This is not a product defect but is the particularity of a wooden bed, which one must accept when purchasing a wooden bed.
Customer Information
When ordering personal data is stored in our customer database. No unauthorized persons have access to this register and the data is not shared with third parties. Clients under 18 years must obtain parental permission before purchase.
